Mitchell R. Garrett

Mitch is the President, Founder, and Chief of Field Operations at SSCI. He is a 1980 graduate of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale with a degree in Civil Engineering Technology. Mitch is licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in both Illinois and Kentucky. Mitch and his family currently reside in Simpson, Illinois.

Billy J. Abernathy

Bill is the Vice President and Chief of Survey Operations at SSCI. He is a 1998 graduate of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale with a degree in Civil Engineering with a Land Surveying Specialization. Bill is licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in Illinois. Bill and his family currently reside in Anna, Illinois.

John M. Wallace

John is a Survey Project Manager at SSCI. He is a 2004 graduate of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale with a degree in Civil Engineering with a Land Surveying Specialization. John is licensed as a Land Surveyor Intern. John and his family currently reside in Golconda, Illinois.
